Hello!
I started Studio Stratum with the belief that every project is made up of multiple layers, both seen and unseen. At the heart of my work is something I call the energetic landscape: the sensory-driven elements that shape how a space feels the moment someone steps inside. The name “Stratum” reflects this philosophy, an acknowledgment that lasting impact comes from aligning all the layers, not just what’s visible on the surface.
My work lives at the intersection of hospitality, culture, & story, where the emotional and the operational meet. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with celebrated brands including Porsche, Ken Fulk, Auberge Resorts Collection, and most recently SHVO where I contributed to the relaunch of San Francisco’s iconic Transamerica Pyramid Center. These partnerships have refined my ability to translate big visions into nuanced, emotionally resonant experiences that stand out in a saturated world.
My practice spans a wide range of services, from designing the guest journey and crafting moments that are felt as deeply as they are seen, to curating rituals and producing cultural salons. Every detail is approached with equal parts strategy and creativity, helping clients drive foot traffic, grow their bottom line, and ultimately do what hospitality does best: serve people and bring joy to their lives.
My process is collaborative and intentional, beginning with a discovery call and site walkthrough, then moving into qualitative feedback and recommendations rooted in a nine-part experiential framework.
Along the way, I’ve developed a deep commitment to community, especially to the small neighborhood businesses and independent spaces that make a place feel like home. I believe these spaces deserve the same level of intentionality and innovation as any luxury brand. While I haven’t yet figured out how to pay rent in good vibes alone, my dream is to continue supporting the local spaces that hold culture, care, and connection at their core.
If you’re building something that’s meant to feel different, I’d love to help bring it to life.
